Projects
You can now organize work into projects — a new layer above channels that groups related boards, issues, and conversations together. Create a project from the sidebar, connect it to a channel, and manage all of its board cards in one place. A new Issues view in the sidebar lets you see every issue assigned to you across all projects at a glance.Billing and usage dashboard
Proddy now has built-in billing. From the new Billing page in your workspace settings, you can view your current plan, upgrade to Pro or Enterprise, and manage your subscription. A companion Usage dashboard shows how much of your plan’s limits you’ve used for AI requests, messages, tasks, channels, boards, and notes — so you always know where you stand.Plan-based limits
Workspaces now enforce usage limits based on your pricing plan. Free workspaces include generous allowances for messages, tasks, AI requests, and more. When you approach a limit, you’ll see a prompt to upgrade. Pro and Enterprise plans unlock higher (or unlimited) thresholds across every feature.Boards revamp
Boards got a major refresh. The issue drawer now includes an activity log, watchers, sub-tasks, comments, and richer detail editing. The Gantt view has been rebuilt with zoom controls and smoother navigation. You can also search and filter cards directly from the board header.Improved chat editor and threads
The message composer has been redesigned with a cleaner layout and better formatting controls. Threads now support editable titles and an improved reply experience, making it easier to keep conversations organized inside channels.AI-powered search
Search across your workspace now uses AI to surface more relevant results. You can find messages, tasks, and content faster using natural-language queries.Web push notifications
Proddy now sends real-time push notifications in your browser so you never miss a message or update — even when the app isn’t in the foreground.The workspace sidebar now includes a dedicated Projects section, an Issues shortcut, and quick links to Billing and Usage. The top bar has also been refined for a cleaner look across all workspace pages.
