Meet Proddy AI — your personal work assistant, available from the dashboard. Ask it about your schedule, tasks, board cards, or anything in your workspace. Proddy pulls real-time data using built-in tools so you get answers grounded in your actual work, not guesses.
Connect your favorite tools directly to Proddy. You can now link GitHub, Gmail, Slack, Linear, Notion, and ClickUp from the Manage page. Once connected, the AI assistant can read and act on data from those services on your behalf.
Migrating from Slack? You can now import channels, messages, and user data straight into your Proddy workspace. Head to the Import Data section in Manage to connect your Slack workspace and start a one-click import.
Channels and canvases now support live audio rooms. Jump into a voice call with your team without leaving Proddy — join, mute, and leave directly from the Canvas toolbar or channel header.
The Canvas now includes an AI flowchart generator. Describe what you need in plain language and Proddy creates a Mermaid diagram on your canvas automatically.
Stay on top of what happened while you were away. Daily recaps give you an AI-generated summary of workspace activity for any day. Weekly digest emails arrive every Monday morning with key stats across all your workspaces — messages sent, tasks completed, and top active channels.
You can now export any note to PDF, Markdown, HTML, or JSON from the Notes editor. Share your work outside Proddy or back it up in whatever format you prefer.
Proddy now sends email notifications for mentions, direct messages, thread replies, and board card assignments. You can manage your email preferences from your account settings, and every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link.
The Reports page now includes richer analytics — an overview dashboard, channel activity breakdown, content analysis, performance metrics, and user activity views. All charts support time-range filtering (1 day, 7 days, or 30 days) and can be exported to PDF.
